Performance & Fitment Features:

• Bypass/Return Style Operation: This regulator MUST be installed downstream of the fuel rail. It requires a dedicated, unobstructed return line back to the fuel tank. Blocking the return port will result in catastrophic fuel system over-pressurization and component rupture.

• CRITICAL THREAD WARNING (ORB vs. NPT): The main inlet and outlet ports utilize straight threads (9/16"-18) and require -6 AN ORB fittings with O-Rings to seal. DO NOT use tapered NPT fittings in the main ports. Forcing NPT fittings into the ORB ports will crack the billet aluminum body, cause massive fuel leaks, and immediately void the manufacturer's warranty. (Only the small gauge port uses 1/8" NPT).

• Fuel Compatibility: Officially rated by AEM for use with Gasoline.

• Boost-Referenced: Features a vacuum/boost port that raises fuel pressure on a 1:1 ratio with manifold boost pressure, essential for forced-induction (turbo/supercharged) applications to prevent lean conditions.
