Performance & Fitment Features:

• Universal V8 Fitment: Designed as a direct fit for popular Chevy, Ford, and Chrysler MSD distributors, as well as retrofitting original GM points-style distributors.

• Important Fitment Warning: This cap utilizes HEI (Male) terminals. If you are upgrading from an older points-socket style cap, your existing spark plug wire boots and terminals will NOT fit. You must upgrade to HEI-compatible boots (MSD PN: 8849) prior to installation.

• Secure Connection: Includes an optional spark plug wire retainer (girdle) and mounting hardware to physically lock the ignition wires to the cap, preventing misfires and wire ejection under extreme engine vibration or high RPM.
